Passover food doesn't have to give you that ole' Egyptian feeling.
Feel free and light by eating lightly. Lots of fresh produce
will counter act that Matzah. If you're Ashkenazi stay away from legumes. Some produce are more prone to insect infestation. Don't forget to check that Romaine lettuce for your Seder. Hopefully this list will remind us to spend more time in the produce aisle and less in the expensive, nutrient deficient, Passover dry goods section.
